Every rating & safety flag collected up frontThe report is the product.
Not a scribbled quote on a business card. A structured document built from the same template our technicians complete on site, so what you read is exactly what was checked.
- Every system rated on a six-point scale, from Serviceable through to Failed, with nothing hidden behind vague wording.
- Photo evidence beside the findings. If we flag a cracked coping stone or a corroded roller bracket, you see the photo of it.
- Safety flags collected up front. Barrier and suction items are pulled onto the summary page so the serious things surface first.
- Plain-English comments written by the technician who stood at your equipment pad, not assembled from a phrase bank.
- Repair pricing on request. Because we install and repair this gear ourselves, findings can turn into an itemised quote, with no obligation.
Six ratings. Zero ambiguity.
Serviceable means it worked on the day, and we define that in the report. If something couldn't be tested, we say so and explain why, rather than guessing in either direction.
Honest about the rules.
Pool inspections in WA sit inside real legislation and real Australian Standards. We work to them, reference them in the report, and never pretend a private report is something the law says it isn't.
In WA there is no private pool-barrier certificate. Statutory barrier inspections belong to your local government, at least every four years. Anyone selling you a "compliance certificate" is selling paper. We give you documented observations against the Standard, which is exactly what a buyer can act on.
Barrier checked against AS 1926.1
Gates, latches, climb zones and door concessions observed against the edition that applies to your pool's age, under the Building Regulations 2012 (WA).
Point-of-sale rules flagged
WA requires at least two RCDs protecting the home's circuits before title transfers. If we can't sight them, that lands in your report before settlement, not after.
Licensed limits respected
Electrical and gas items are visual observations only. Testing and certification belong to licensed electricians and gas fitters, and the report says so on every relevant line.
Suction safety benchmarked
Drains, covers and water-recirculation points reviewed with AS 1926.3 as the benchmark, because entrapment risk is not a cosmetic item.
Report framed properly
Written to the same convention as AS 4349.1 property reports: documented observations on the day, clearly scoped, never passed off as a certificate of compliance.
Standards named, not implied
Where a Standard applies, the report cites it. Where none exists, we tell you that too. There is no Australian Standard for pre-purchase pool inspections, which is exactly why our template leaves nothing to improvisation.
Facts current against WA Building and Energy and Consumer Protection guidance. Statutory barrier inspections remain the role of local government.
Small family. Big toolkit.
Your inspection is done by our own experienced technicians: people who install, service and repair pool equipment for a living, backed by purpose-built templates that make missing something almost impossible. Family-owned has never meant under-resourced.
Reliability
We turn up when booked, work the full sheet every time, and the report lands when we say it will.
Honesty
Ratings you can quote in a negotiation. If it worked on the day, we say so. If it didn't, you'll know exactly what and why.
Trust
Our family name is on the report. We're accountable for every line of it long after settlement day.

Rated & flagged
Every system scored on the six-point scale. Safety items are flagged and pulled onto the summary automatically.
