We proudly ship Australia-wide.

Smaller Items (e.g. pool test kits, chlorinator cells, spare parts):
Shipped via Australia Post or StarTrack, with tracking provided upon dispatch. -
Bulky or Heavy Items (e.g. pumps, filters, heaters, pool covers):
Delivered by specialist freight providers such as TNT, Toll IPEC, or Allied Express. These deliveries may require coordination for safe and timely handling. -
Metro & Regional Zones:
We service both metro and regional areas. For remote locations, extended delivery timeframes may apply, and weβll contact you directly if special delivery arrangements are required.

- Orders are processed within 1β2 business days.
- Same-day dispatch is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM AWST on business days.
- Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Shipping rates for orders placed with Premium Pool Equipment are calculated based on a range of factors, including but not limited to:
- Product size and weight
- Order value
- Freight classification (standard, bulky, palletised or oversize)
- Dispatch location (local warehouse or supplier-direct)
- Stock availability
- Delivery destination (metro, regional, or remote)
- Carrier surcharges and fuel adjustments
Shipping charges are either:
- Calculated automatically at checkout where available; or
- Quoted separately where freight requires manual assessment; or
- Confirmed after purchase if order details require supplier coordination
For certain large, heavy, fragile, or specialist items (including but not limited to heat pumps, large filters, pool covers, and palletised goods), additional freight charges may apply beyond standard checkout rates.
Where freight costs materially differ from automated checkout estimates due to supplier location, stock transfers, remote delivery zones, or freight reclassification, Premium Pool Equipment reserves the right to:
- Contact the customer to confirm updated freight charges;
- Provide a revised freight quote; or
- Offer the option to proceed with adjusted freight pricing or cancel the order for a full refund.
Free shipping promotions (where offered) may exclude:
- Oversized or pallet freight
- Remote or regional delivery zones
- Special order or supplier-direct dispatch items
